All Kindness Collection glow plush, storybook, coloring book, keychain and bracelet are sold at boobuddymagic.com and shipped from our own fulfillment center.

The Boo Buddy storybook is included exclusively in the Ultimate Glow Bundle. It is not sold as a standalone item.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
During the August 2026 launch period, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days as we fulfill the first wave of orders. We appreciate your patience — Boo will be worth the wait!
Shipping Information
Boo Buddy Glow Products ship from Hanover, PA to all 50 states, Washington, DC and U.S. territories. Your rate is based on your shipping zone (distance from Hanover) and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Zones 1–4: $8.00 · FREE on orders $49+
Zones 5–6: $9.00 flat rate
Zone 7: $10.00 flat rate
Zones 8–9: $12.00 flat rate (typically the far West, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories)
Free shipping applies to Zones 1–4 only. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 3–5 business days after they ship.

Delivery Time
Orders are packed with care and delivered in 3–5 business days once shipped.
Planning for October? Boo's 31 Kindness Spark Cards are designed to begin on October 1, one little act of kindness for each day leading up to Halloween. Order early so Boo is home and ready to glow on Day 1!
Arriving a little late? No problem. Boo's kindness tradition can start whenever he arrives. Pick up with the day's card, or start at card #1 and let your family's kindness countdown run on its own timeline. There's no wrong time to spread a little light. ✨
International Shipping
At this time, Boo Buddy products ship within the United States only. We'll announce international availability on our website and through the BooVibe Tribe email list as we expand.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after the label is generated. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your account at boobuddymagic.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment costs are the customer's responsibility. We'll email you if a package is returned.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided items meet the eligibility requirements below.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items used, worn, or opened beyond inspection
- Items missing original components (plush, book, accessories, packaging insert)

- Coloring books with any pages colored, torn, or written in
How to Start a Return
- Email eking@boobuddyworld.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Pack the item securely — include all original components — and write your RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship using a trackable carrier and hold onto your tracking number
Please don't send returns without an RA number — unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued via:
- Original payment method — processed within 3–5 business days of receipt; allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit
- Boo Buddy store credit — applied to your account immediately; this is our preferred option and we'll always offer it first
- Exchange / replacement — a new item shipped at no charge (when due to our error or a defect)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at eking@boobuddyworld.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage/defect
- 3–5 clear photos showing the damaged item, packaging interior, and exterior shipping box or mailer
For most claims, we'll reship a replacement immediately — you typically won't need to return the damaged item. We'll confirm this when reviewing your claim.
