The following shipping and return policies apply to all Boo Buddy Glow Product orders placed at boobuddymagic.com. These products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center.

Shipping Policy — Boo Buddy Glow Products
| Order Processing | All Boo Buddy Glow Product orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships. During the August 2026 presale launch period, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days as we fulfill initial orders. We appreciate your patience — Boo will be worth the wait! |
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Boo Buddy Glow Products ship from our fulfillment center in Hanover, PA. The following rates apply to all orders within the contiguous United States.

The $75.00 free shipping threshold is calculated after any discount codes are applied. The Ultimate Glow Bundle ($75.00) automatically qualifies for free standard shipping.

| Tracking Your Order | A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after the label is generated. You can also check your order status anytime by logging in to your account at boobuddymagic.com. |
| Presale Orders — Important Note | Orders placed during the August 2026 presale are fulfilled in the order they are received as inventory becomes available. Presale customers will receive a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking once their order ships. Estimated ship window: mid-August 2026, as soon as inventory arrives. Presale orders cannot be split or partially shipped. If your order includes both presale and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. |
| Address Accuracy | Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipment costs are the customer's responsibility. We will contact you by email if a package is returned. |

| How to Start a Return | Starting a return is easy. Just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery: 1. Email us at eking@boobuddyworld.com with your order number and the reason for your return 2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions 3. Pack the item securely — include all original components — and write your RA number on the outside of the package 4. Ship the return using a trackable carrier and hold onto your tracking number Please do not send returns without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused. |

| Refund Options | Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued via one of the following: • Original Payment Method: Processed within 3–5 business days of return receipt. Allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit. • Boo Buddy Store Credit: Applied to your account immediately upon approval. We love this option and will always offer it first. • Exchange / Replacement: A new item shipped to you at no charge (when due to our error or defect). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. |
| Damaged or Defective Items | If your Boo Buddy product arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and will make it right away. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eking@boobuddyworld.com with: • Your order number • A description of the damage or defect • 3–5 clear photos showing the damaged item, packaging interior, and exterior shipping box or mailer For most damaged or defective items, we will reship a replacement immediately — you typically will not need to return the damaged item. Our team will confirm this with you when reviewing your claim. |
Section 2 — Boo Buddy Merch (BooBuddyFun.com) — Print-on-Demand
The following shipping and return policies apply exclusively to Boo Buddy Merch items sold at BooBuddyFun.com. These products are designed by Boo Buddy Magic and produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
IMPORTANT: Boo Buddy Merch (BooBuddyFun.com) and Boo Buddy Glow Products (boobuddymagic.com) are sold through separate stores with separate checkout processes, separate order numbers, and separate shipping. They cannot be combined into a single order.
| What Is Print-On-Demand? | Boo Buddy Merch items are made to order. When you place an order, Printful produces your item fresh — it is not sitting in a warehouse waiting to ship. This means every item is unique and printed just for you. As a result, production times are slightly longer than traditional retail, and our return policy differs from our Glow Products policy. |

Shipping Policy — Boo Buddy Merch (Printful POD)
Production Time
Because each item is made to order, please allow the following production time before your order ships. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.

Total delivery estimate = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time. A t-shirt sent standard shipping may take 7–12 business days total from order to doorstep.

Shipping rates for Printful POD items are calculated based on product type, weight, and destination. Rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Below are typical rate ranges for reference.

Boo Buddy Merch does NOT offer a free shipping threshold. Shipping costs are set by Printful based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact rates are always shown at checkout before payment.
| Multi-Item Orders — Separate Shipments | Because Printful operates multiple production facilities, items within the same order may be produced at different locations and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. This is normal and is not an error. Each shipment will be tracked individually. |
| International Shipping — Merch | International shipping is available for Boo Buddy Merch through Printful to select countries. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery. We are unable to refund duties or taxes. |
Returns & Refunds — Boo Buddy Merch (Printful POD)
Because every Boo Buddy Merch item is printed specifically for you at time of order, our return policy for POD items is different from our Glow Products policy. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

For sizing or preference issues, our policy is more limited due to the made-to-order nature of these products. |

Because Boo Buddy Merch is made on demand, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, size misjudgment, or personal preference. Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering. When in doubt, reach out before you buy — we are happy to help.
